Dr Shiraz Deen
Dr Shiraz Deen is a board-certified NHS GP in Windsor with over 10 years’ experience, a GP Trainer with the Oxford Deanery, and Clinical Lead for local extended access services in Windsor and Maidenhead. He speaks English, Sinhala, Tamil, and Malay.
Mr Seyed Sabet
Mr Seyed Sabet is an experienced certified independent prescriber with extensive expertise in delivering up-to-date clinical services under PGDs and within the Independent Prescribing Competency Framework. He has successfully run a well-established travel clinic in Berkshire, earning a strong local reputation for evidence-based, current medication practice.
His work extends beyond the community setting, delivering care across the region through partnerships with care homes and local GP surgeries, with a consistent focus on safe, high-quality, patient-centred care.
Mr Hanan Zaheer
Hanan is a final-year pharmacy student who designed and delivered the weight-loss clinic model in alignment with Mr Seyed Sabet’s vision. A GPhC Student Voice member and PDA Emerging Leaders Programme participant, he brings grassroots community pharmacy experience, digital health expertise, and a strong regulatory perspective shaped by work with online clinics and a family heritage in law.
